Technical Overview
We follow strict quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015) to guarantee structural safety and leak-free performance. From raw material receipt to final hydrostatic and helium leak testing, every production step is documented and verified.
Engineering Specifications
| Pressure Testing | Hydrostatic testing (up to 1.5x design pressure), Pneumatic leak testing |
| NDT Radiography | 100% X-ray inspection of longitudinal and circumferential weld seams |
| Helium Leak Testing | Helium mass spectrometer leak detection (vacuum and sniffer methods) |
| Surface Integrity | Liquid Dye Penetrant testing (DPT), Magnetic Particle testing (MPT) |
| Documentation | Weld map, material traceability certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2), inspection reports |
Key Engineering Features
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Every heat exchanger is hydrotested at 1.3 to 1.5 times the design pressure, holding pressure for a minimum of 30 minutes to check integrity.
Weld Radiography (X-Ray)
NDT X-ray testing identifies any internal weld defects, voids, or slag inclusions in pressure-retaining seams.
Helium Leak Detection
Critical vacuum, hydrogen, or toxic gas loops undergo helium mass spectrometry testing to detect microscopic leaks down to 10^-9 mbar.l/s.
