Technical Overview
Our Coil Heat Exchangers (Finned Coils) are designed for optimal thermal performance in HVAC, refrigeration, aerospace, and heavy industrial applications. Engineered and manufactured by PAL ENGINEERS, these coils feature high-efficiency heat transfer surfaces, robust copper or aluminum fin configurations, and durable tube wall structures customized to your precise technical requirements. We offer multiple designs including slab condensers, vertical finned coils, and large industrial bundles.
As part of our coil product line, we engineer premium Air Cooled Radiator Heat Exchangers. A radiator is a specific type of heat exchanger designed to transfer thermal energy from one medium to another for the purpose of cooling or heating. It works by circulating a hot fluid (liquid or gas) through a series of tubes and fins, allowing the heat to radiate into the surrounding air.
For high-performance systems with limited space, we manufacture the Multi-Pass Coil Heat Exchanger with Multi Pass Variant. This setup forces the working fluid to flow back and forth through a series of tubes multiple times before exiting, yielding superior heat transfer efficiency within a compact footprint.
