Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers
Hermetically Sealed for Leak-Proof Thermal Transfer
Discuss with Engineers
Technical Overview
Our Brazed Plate heat exchangers (BPHE) eliminate gaskets and frame parts by vacuum-brazing stainless steel plates together with copper or nickel filler. This creates a compact, pressure-resistant, and entirely leak-proof unit optimized for HVAC, district heating, refrigeration, and oil cooling applications.

Key Engineering Features
Zero Leak Risk
No gaskets to wear out or leak. The vacuum brazing process fuses the plates at every contact point for absolute containment.
Ultra-Compact Profile
With no bulky frames or compression bolts, brazed units offer the highest thermal density per unit volume of any exchanger type.
Cryogenic Compatibility
Safely handles extreme temperature differences, making it ideal for liquid nitrogen evaporators and refrigerant subcoolers.
