Technical Overview
Our Welded Plate heat exchangers (WPHE) combine the high heat transfer efficiency of plate exchangers with the rugged durability of welded pressure vessels. Featuring laser-welded plate packs with no gaskets in the heat transfer channels, they handle aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, and high pressures with ease.

Key Engineering Features
Gasket-Free Process Channels
Plates are fully welded together, eliminating gasket wear and preventing any potential cross-contamination or chemical leaks.
Extreme Temperature Limits
Laser-welded seams handle extreme heat cycles up to 1000°C, making them an excellent choice for gas-to-gas and steam recovery.
Compact Footprint
Requires up to 70% less space than an equivalent shell-and-tube unit, reducing structural support costs and installation labor.
