Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers
Maximum Heat Transfer in a Minimal Footprint
Discuss with Engineers
Technical Overview
Our Gasketed Plate & Frame heat exchangers (GPHE) use corrugated metal plates to create turbulent, counter-current flow channels. This delivers exceptional heat transfer coefficients, close approach temperatures, and up to 95% heat recovery in a fraction of the space required by shell-and-tube units.

Key Engineering Features
Modular Scalability
Plates can easily be added or removed from the compression frame to adapt to changing thermal load requirements without needing a new unit.
True Counter-Current Flow
Achieve extremely close approach temperatures (within 1°C), ensuring maximum thermal efficiency and energy savings.
Non-Fouling Corrugations
The herringbone plate pattern induces high turbulence even at low velocities, creating a self-cleaning effect that minimizes scaling.
