Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers
Fin Fan Coolers & Process Stream Air Coolers
Discuss with Engineers
Technical Overview
Our Air-Cooled heat exchangers (Fin Fan Coolers) are engineered for large-scale industrial plants where cooling water is scarce or thermal emissions to water bodies must be avoided. Fully compliant with API 661 standards, they use forced or induced draft air flow to cool high-temperature process fluids.

Key Engineering Features
API 661 Compliance
Designed, calculated, and fabricated in full compliance with API 661 standards for heavy duty refinery and petrochemical service.
Advanced Fin Geometry
Fins are mechanically applied using tension-winding or extrusion to guarantee optimal metal-to-metal thermal contact and withstand corrosion.
Draft Fan Plenums
Equipped with high-efficiency axial fans, variable pitch blades, and contoured plenums to provide uniform air distribution with low noise levels.
