Technical Overview
Industrial Air-Cooled Chillers are large, commercial refrigeration systems used to cool process equipment, machinery, or large buildings. Instead of requiring a cooling tower and water, these chillers use a refrigeration cycle where fans blow ambient air across a condenser to reject heat outside.
Engineering Specifications
| Heat Rejection | Ambient Air (No cooling tower required) |
| Capacity Range | 1 to over 200 tons |
| Core Components | Compressor, Air-Cooled Condenser Heat Exchanger, Fans |
| Ideal Environments | Data centers, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and areas with water scarcity |
Key Engineering Features
Zero Water Consumption
Ideal for environments where space and water resources are limited, rejecting heat directly into the atmosphere.
Simplified Infrastructure
No need for complex cooling tower plumbing, reducing installation footprint and mechanical complexity.
High-Tonnage Scaling
Scalable cooling from 1 ton to 200+ tons for massive commercial HVAC and data center requirements.
