U-Tube Bundle
Cost-effective design with one fixed endsheet, accommodating thermal expansion. Bundle removes for shell-side cleaning.
Fixed Tubesheet
Both endsheets welded to shell for maximum seal integrity. Ideal for clean fluids requiring chemical cleaning.
Floating Head
One tubesheet moves freely — optimal for large temperature swings and mechanical cleaning on both sides.

Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers: Maximum Efficiency, Minimal Footprint
Corrugated metal plates create narrow channels where hot and cold fluids flow in counter-current paths — achieving up to 95% heat recovery in a fraction of the space of shell-and-tube units.

Gasketed GPHE
Most common type. Gaskets seal plates for easy cleaning and capacity changes. Plates: SS304, SS316, Titanium, Hastelloy. Gaskets: NBR, EPDM, Viton.

Semi-Welded GPHE
Plate pairs welded for non-corrosive media; gasketed pairs handle corrosive streams. Balances seal integrity with serviceability.
