Terms of Service & Supply Conditions

1. General Scope of Manufacturing

These terms govern all engineering design, fabrication, supply, and repair of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, modular filtration skids, and piping spools provided by PAL ENGINEERS.

2. Technical Quotations & ASME Design Verification

All thermal sizing calculations and quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Manufacturing commences upon mutual approval of detailed engineering drawings and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).

3. Warranty & Quality Assurance

PAL ENGINEERS warrants all fabricated equipment against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with applicable ASME Section VIII Div 1 / TEMA standards and our standard commercial warranty schedule.

4. Delivery & Pan-India Dispatch

Equipment is packaged and dispatched from our manufacturing facilities to industrial plant sites across India. Transit insurance and delivery timelines are governed by individual project purchase orders.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All contracts and engineering agreements shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of our registered headquarters.
